PushMedia has been building websites and digital marketing since 2003. We grew up with the industry, did the big-brand work, and chose to bring all of it home to the businesses that actually make a community run.
PushMedia started in 2003 under a different name, Pixel Pages, building websites for local businesses back when having a website at all put you ahead of the competition. As the industry evolved, so did we. Google Ads and SEO went from experiments to the backbone of how customers find businesses, and we grew with them from the beginning, not as a course we took, but as work we did every day for real clients.
Along the way, the work got bigger. We ran direct response television campaigns for large consumer brands and built the landing pages and online strategy that made those spots convert. For pharmaceutical clients, we produced custom HTML email campaigns, banner advertising, and landing pages where compliance and performance both had to be perfect. We even built an augmented reality app that let users see a medical condition overlaid on their own hand.
That world taught us discipline. When a thirty-second spot costs real money every time it airs, nobody tolerates guesswork. Every campaign gets measured, every dollar has to perform, and anything that does not work gets cut. We never unlearned that.
Not because the national work dried up, but because we like it here. We enjoy watching this community grow. We like knowing our neighbors, and we like it when our neighbors win.
Big brands have plenty of help. Main Street does not. The contractor, the auto shop, the salon, the family restaurant, the new business owner taking a real risk on a storefront: those are the people we want to see succeed, and they deserve the same caliber of marketing the big brands get, at a price that makes sense for a local budget.
